  • Can I rent directly from you?
    Yes, as of April 1st, 2024 we now have commercial renters insurance we can offer our customers direct for a $35 flat fee per day.
  • How do I reserve a bike? Why cant' I just book it online without calling you?
    Let’s Chat About Your Ride! We love talking to our customers to ensure you’ve picked the perfect bike for your adventure. With our wide variety of bikes, we want to make sure you’re comfortable and confident in your choice. Once you’ve selected your ride, we’ll send an invoice straight to your phone via QuickBooks. You can easily pay using Apple Pay, Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Insurance is handled separately through MBA Insurance. You can pay online or in person when you pick up your bike. We’ll provide you with all the details on how to complete this over the phone. This way, you can ride with peace of mind knowing you’re covered.
  • Is there someone at shop during open hours?
    No. We have full time jobs and a 16 month old. LOL. The shop is by appointment ONLY, 7 days a week 7am to 9pm. However, we live 8 minutes away and can usually accommodate a visit to meet you at shop.
  • Do you rent other motorcycles other than Harley Davidson? Why only Harley Davidson?
    Great question! We only rent Harley-Davidson motorcycles because, let’s face it, nothing else quite captures the spirit of the open road like a Harley. Harleys are the epitome of freedom, power, and style. When you ride one, you’re not just getting from point A to point B; you’re making a statement. Plus, with their iconic rumble and classic design, Harleys turn every ride into an adventure. So, why settle for anything less? Hop on a Harley and experience the ride of a lifetime!
  • Do you have backrests for passengers on the motorcycles?
    Yes we have several backrests available for passengers to feel comfortable and safe.
  • What if I have my own personal motorcycle insurance, can I use it instead of paying daily insurance rate?
    Yes, yes, yes! You can save $35 per day. If you have Geico they can email us your binder showing that motorcycle RENTAL insurance is covered. This has worked with a few customers. We hear Progressive does the same but have not had an example yet. We think it is worth the phone call, especially if you plan on renting for several days. It's quiet a savings. Your insurance provider can email will@damonkeymotorentals.com with the proof or RENTAL insurance coverage. It is worth the phone call so call your insurance provider.
  • You rent Direct and also accept Rider-Share, Twisted Road, and Eagleshare? What's the difference?
    We allow choice. We want our customers to be satisfied with their choice. You may have a subscription to these 3rd party platforms or credits that you can use. They also offer 20% off first time rentals as well as other offers like a freed day if you book 4 days. We want you to compare their price versus ours. Sometimes they are better off on first time rentals. Here are some differences: 3rd Party: Offer subscription services or credits that provide a discount Unique first time discounts Collect varying deposit holds from $500 to $2,000 Offer fluctuating insurance rates per day Limited on multi-day discounts Charge for Roadside, Tolls and Tire replacement Damonkey: Rental price includes Roadside/tolls/tire replacement Flat rate $35 per day insurance No "Community fees" of up to $35 per day Always offer multi-day discounts 3rd rental and beyond 20% off for life (they offer 20% off only on first rental) As we said, we welcome you to price out the cost both ways for your trip. We love working with our 3rd Party partners so you won't hurt our feelings. LOL
