Turn Your Passion for Riding Into a Lifestyle Business

DaMonkey MotoRentals is expanding into select markets through qualified franchise owners.

Our premium motorcycle-rental concept combines Harley-Davidson motorcycles, personalized service, established operating systems, and a lifestyle brand built around freedom, relationships, and memorable riding experiences.

The opportunity is designed for veterans, retirees, motorcycle enthusiasts, experienced operators, and entrepreneurs seeking a flexible, owner-led business.

More than a rental location, DaMonkey can become a local riding clubhouse where customers connect, plan rides, and become part of the motorcycle community.

Origin Story

DaMonkey MotoRentals began with love, loss, and a desire to create something meaningful.

The name “DaMonkey” came from an affectionate nickname shared between founder William “Will” Diaz and his late wife, Cindy. After Cindy passed away on May 12, 2022, Will chose to honor her memory by building a business centered on freedom, happiness, and unforgettable experiences.

In January 2023, DaMonkey MotoRentals launched in South Florida with four motorcycles and a commitment to providing riders with more than just a rental. Personalized service, strong community relationships, and a family-first approach helped the company grow to multiple locations and a fleet of 19 Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Today, DaMonkey is expanding through franchising, giving passionate entrepreneurs the opportunity to build meaningful businesses while carrying forward the values of relationships, service, family, freedom, and memorable experiences.

Our mission: Building friendships. Creating lifetime memories.

Will Diaz, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Will Diaz is the founder of DaMonkey MotoRentals and an experienced business leader with a background in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, project management, and operations. He holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and brings more than 30 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience.

After riding sportbikes for 13 years, Will transitioned to Harley-Davidson motorcycles at age 40 and quickly fell in love with the Harley culture, community, and lifestyle. Thirteen years later, that passion remains central to the DaMonkey experience.

Inspired by the passing of his late wife, Cindy, Will launched DaMonkey MotoRentals in 2023 with four motorcycles. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to multiple South Florida locations and a growing fleet of 19 Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He now leads the company’s strategic direction, operations, and franchise expansion.

Brittney Diaz, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Brittney Diaz is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of DaMonkey MotoRentals, overseeing daily operations, customer experience, training, and companywide operating standards.

Born and raised in Florida, Brittney has been riding motorcycles for six years and has completed two Iron Butt rides, including one alongside her father, who served as a motorcycle police officer for 14 years. She is also a lifelong softball enthusiast, bringing the same teamwork, discipline, and competitive spirit to her leadership at DaMonkey.

Brittney and Will were married on March 27, 2026, in Franklin, Tennessee, and are raising their two young children, Hendrix Diaz and Hailey Diaz. Both children have the initials H.D., a meaningful reflection of how deeply the Harley-Davidson lifestyle and riding culture are connected to their family.

Her family-centered perspective, riding experience, and operational leadership help ensure every DaMonkey location delivers a consistent, safe, and memorable rental experience.

Thomas “Tommy” Marinelli, Equity Partner and Chief Growth Officer

Thomas Marinelli, known to most riders as Tommy, is an equity partner in DaMonkey MotoRentals Franchising Systems and plays a key role in business development, strategic partnerships, franchise growth, and sales.

Born and raised in New York City, Tommy’s passion for motorcycles began with his father. Their cross-country rides created some of his most meaningful memories and shaped his lifelong connection to the freedom, camaraderie, and community of riding. He later worked at a Harley-Davidson dealership and honors his father’s influence with a classic Bar and Shield tattoo.

After dividing his time between New York and Miami, Tommy settled in Delray Beach, where motorcycles remain central to his life. He brings authentic industry experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a rider-first perspective to DaMonkey.

As the franchise system expands, Tommy will help identify new markets, develop strategic relationships, and connect with prospective franchise owners who share DaMonkey’s commitment to exceptional service, memorable experiences, and the motorcycle lifestyle.
