YES, we have two locations, and each motorcycle is physically assigned to one of the locations as seen on our homepage. Bikes located at the location you want are available for same-day rentals.

However, If you’re booking in advance, you can choose any available motorcycle from either location. As long as your reservation is at least 24 hours out, we can shuttle the bike to your preferred pickup location.

At checkout, you will select the location where you would like to pick up your motorcycle. We will both verify pickup location on the invoice to avoid mistakes.

We do NOT collect a deposit.

If your personal motorcycle insurance transfers to rental bikes, it becomes your primary coverage—including your limits, coverages, and deductibles.

You are still required to select a ride protection package, and our commercial insurance policy is always in place as a secondary layer of protection.

Insurance only comes into play in the event of damage or theft. If your personal insurance extends to rentals, it will be used as the primary coverage. If it does not, then our commercial insurance will apply, with deductibles and terms based on the ride protection package you selected below:

• A valid motorcycle license or endorsement from any U.S. state or country
• Be 21 years old or older
• A government-issued ID
• An approved insurance option: (commercial $35/day or existing personal motorcycle insurance $25/day)

We understand plans—and Florida weather—can change, but weather alone is not always a reason for cancellation.

Weather-related requests are reviewed case by case. Light rain or passing showers do not qualify for cancellation. If conditions are unsafe to ride, we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue a credit when appropriate.

No — none of our motorcycles are completely stock. Every bike in the DaMonkey MotoRentals fleet is thoughtfully upgraded to enhance comfort, style, and that signature Harley-Davidson riding experience.

We operate 365 days a year between 7am and 9pm, but our team is not onsite unless you have a scheduled appointment. Once you book, we coordinate your exact pickup and return times to make sure everything is ready when you arrive.

This helps us be cost effective and stay flexible, giving you a smooth no-wait experience.

Yes. If you have your own personal motorcycle insurance, you’re welcome to use it; however, selecting a ride protection package is still required.

In the event of damage or theft your personal motorcycle insurance would be primary and if not our commercial motorcycle insurance is secondary. Deductibles are based on ride protection package you choose. Choose wisely.

Please note that it is your responsibility to verify that your personal insurance covers rental motorcycles. Regardless, you are always covered under our commercial insurance policy for the duration of your rental.

If you have a mechanical issue:

• Pull over safely and contact us right away using the emergency number provided
• Roadside assistance (towing) is included on touring models and available for non-touring bikes at $12/day
• Call us and text us your location. We will arrange to take to nearest service repair shop with HOG

1. Definitions:
This Agreement includes all documents you sign related to your rental, including these terms, the rental invoice, waiver, and any add-ons. “You,” “Your,” or “Renter” refers to the person renting the Vehicle, any Authorized Driver, and anyone responsible for payment, all of whom are jointly and fully responsible under this Agreement. “We,” “Us,” or “Company” refers to DaMonkey MotoRentals. “Authorized Driver” means only those approved and listed on this Agreement, who are at least 21 years old and hold a valid motorcycle license, and are the only individuals permitted to operate the Vehicle. “Vehicle” refers to the motorcycle provided (or any replacement), including all parts, accessories, keys, and equipment. “Rental Period” means the time from when you take possession of the Vehicle until it is returned and checked in by us. “Charges” include all fees related to the rental. “Loss of Use” means the lost rental income while the Vehicle is unavailable due to damage or loss, and “Diminished Value” means the reduction in the Vehicle’s value after repairs.

2. Rental, Indemnity and Warranties:
This Agreement is a contract for the rental of the Vehicle. DaMonkey MotoRentals reserves the right to repossess the Vehicle at your expense, without notice, if it is abandoned or used in violation of this Agreement or applicable law. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold DaMonkey MotoRentals harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or attorney fees arising from or related to your use or possession of the Vehicle. The Vehicle is provided “as is,” and DaMonkey MotoRentals makes no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Prohibited Uses:
The following uses are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. The Vehicle may only be operated by an Authorized Driver approved by DaMonkey MotoRentals and must not be used under the influence of drugs or alcohol, for any illegal purpose, or by anyone who provided false or misleading information to obtain the rental. The Vehicle may not be used for racing, stunts, speed testing, towing, or teaching others to ride, and may not be operated outside approved geographic areas without prior approval. You may not carry hazardous or illegal materials, tamper with the odometer, operate the Vehicle with low fluids or in a condition that could cause damage, or engage in reckless, abusive, or unsafe riding, including excessive revving or misuse of the clutch. Use of a mobile device while operating the Vehicle or failure to follow traffic laws and basic safety practices is also prohibited. Any violation of these terms will result in full financial responsibility and will void all Ride Protection coverage.

4. Responsibility for Vehicle Damage or Loss; Reporting to Police:
You are responsible for all damage to, loss of, or theft of the Vehicle during the Rental Period, regardless of cause, including weather, road conditions, or other external factors. Your responsibility includes the cost of repairs or the fair market value of the Vehicle if deemed a total loss, as well as any reduction in value after repairs (diminished value). You also agree to pay for loss of use based on the daily rental rate for the time the Vehicle is unavailable, along with applicable administrative fees, towing, storage, and related costs. All costs incurred by DaMonkey MotoRentals to enforce this Agreement, including collection costs and attorneys’ fees, are your responsibility. You must report any accident, damage, theft, or vandalism to DaMonkey MotoRentals and local law enforcement immediately upon discovery.

5. Insurance:
You are responsible for all damage or loss involving the Vehicle and any third parties during your rental. You agree to maintain valid motorcycle insurance that includes liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage, and you are responsible for confirming whether your personal policy transfers to rental use. DaMonkey MotoRentals maintains commercial insurance that is always active and becomes primary only if your personal coverage does not apply. When DaMonkey MotoRentals’ commercial insurance is used, the deductible associated with the Ride Protection Package you selected will apply. Any coverage is subject to applicable terms, conditions, and legal limits. You must report all accidents, damage, theft, or incidents to DaMonkey MotoRentals and local law enforcement immediately and complete any required incident reports. You also agree to provide any documentation related to such incidents upon request. Coverage may be denied, and you may be held fully responsible, if the Vehicle is operated by an unauthorized driver, if this Agreement is violated, or if you fail to cooperate in the claims process.

6. Condition and Return of Vehicle:
You agree to return the Vehicle to the designated location on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear. Any extension of the Rental Period must be approved in advance and may require inspection and written authorization before the scheduled return time. If the Vehicle is returned after hours, you remain responsible for any loss or damage until it is inspected by DaMonkey MotoRentals on the next business day, and additional charges may apply. No repairs, modifications, or replacement of parts or accessories may be made without prior approval. You are responsible for maintaining proper fluid levels during the rental and must return the Vehicle with at least the same fuel level as at pickup.

7. Charges:
You authorize DaMonkey MotoRentals to charge the credit or debit card on file for all amounts related to your rental. You are responsible for all charges, including rental time, mileage, selected Ride Protection Package, optional products, fuel shortages, applicable taxes, and any related administrative fees. Local Tolls included but you are responsible for non-local tolls incurred outside the county where the motorcycle was picked up. You are also responsible for all parking tickets, traffic violations, or any other citations, which will be charged at the full cost of the ticket plus a $25 administrative fee per occurrence. You are responsible for all costs associated with recovering the Vehicle if it is not returned, as well as any legal or collection costs incurred in enforcing this Agreement. Late returns are charged at $25 per hour for up to 3 hours (first hour may be waived with approval), after which a full additional rental day will apply. A cleaning fee of up to $50 may be charged if the Vehicle is returned excessively dirty, and a $350 fee will apply for lost or damaged keys. All charges are subject to final review, and you authorize DaMonkey MotoRentals to process any additional or corrected charges after the rental is completed.

8. Cancellation & Weather Policy:
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 24 hours before the rental will receive a store credit valid for 6 months. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Early returns for any reason are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Weather is not a guaranteed reason for cancellation. Light rain, passing showers, or typical Florida weather conditions do not qualify for refunds or credits. In cases of severe weather at the time of pickup (as determined by DaMonkey MotoRentals), a store credit may be issued at our discretion. Once a rental has started, weather conditions do not qualify for refunds, credits, or early termination adjustments.

9. Your Property:
You agree that DaMonkey MotoRentals is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal property belonging to you or any other person, including items left in or on the Vehicle or at our location. You release DaMonkey MotoRentals, its agents, and employees from any claims related to such loss or damage, regardless of cause.

10. Personal Information:
You agree that DaMonkey MotoRentals may use and share your personal information with law enforcement, insurance providers, or other relevant third parties as necessary to enforce this Agreement, process claims, or conduct legitimate business operations. You also grant DaMonkey MotoRentals permission to use any photos or videos taken during your rental that may include your image for marketing, social media, and advertising purposes without compensation. This document and any associated records will be securely retained for up to 60 days to allow for processing of tolls, parking tickets, and any additional charges, after which they may be securely destroyed. For any questions regarding privacy or use of your information, you may contact the location where you rented the Vehicle.

11. Miscellaneous:
This Agreement may only be modified or waived in writing by DaMonkey MotoRentals. It represents the entire agreement between you and DaMonkey MotoRentals and replaces all prior discussions or agreements related to this rental. Any waiver of a breach by us does not waive any future breaches or your obligations under this Agreement. Our acceptance of payment or failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights under this Agreement. You agree to waive any claims against DaMonkey MotoRentals related to actions taken in response to your breach of this Agreement, including reporting to authorities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release DaMonkey MotoRentals from liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this rental. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our bikes use Toll-by-Plate, so you can ride straight through tolls. Normal local tolls are covered, but excessive toll usage (over $15) or long-distance Turnpike tolls may be billed after your ride.
